Conférence les 13 et 14 novembre 2013

Les progrès en transplantation pulmonaire : 33 projets de
recherche pour faire évoluer les pratiques

Les associations Vaincre la Mucoviscidose et Grégory Lemarchal ont l'honneur et le plaisir de vous 
 annoncer la tenue exceptionnelle d'une conférence sur le thème de la recherche en transplantation
pulmonaire, les 14 et 15 novembre 2013 à Paris.
En 2008, Vaincre la Mucoviscidose a initié un programme de recherche inédit sur 5 ans dans le domaine
de la transplantation pulmonaire. Cofinancé par l'Association Grégory Lemarchal, ce programme
implique l'ensemble des acteurs français du domaine.
Ainsi 33 projets, sélectionnés et suivis par un comité scientifique dédié, ont été financés pour un
montant global de 4,4 M€. Ces projets concernent les thématiques suivantes :
1- Les facteurs liés à la survie après transplantation
2- La période per et péri-opératoire
3- Le rejet aigu et le dysfonctionnement chronique du greffon
4- L'évaluation de nouvelles stratégies d'immunosuppression
5- La qualité de vie des patients transplantés

Cette conférence sera l'occasion d'annoncer les résultats de ce programme. Une première journée
présentera un état des lieux sur la transplantation pulmonaire ainsi qu'un bilan global du programme;
la restitution scientifique aura lieu au cours de la seconde journée.

Le nombre de place est limité, l'inscription est gratuite, mais obligatoire.

A noter : une pièce d'identité sera demandée à l'arrivée des participants, à l'accueil et sur les deux jours de
conférence.

Pharmacology 2013, 17–19 December, London, UK

On behalf of the British Pharmacological Society, we are delighted to invite EACPT members to register for Pharmacology 2013, which will be held on 17–19 December at the Queen Elizabeth II (QEII) Conference Centre, London, UK. Formerly known as the BPS Winter Meeting, Pharmacology 2013 reaffirms our commitment to ‘Today’s science, tomorrow’s medicines’ by providing the highest quality scientific content and invaluable networking opportunities for attendees from the UK and overseas.

EACPT members can register from £125 per day or £295 for three days – simply login to the registration website. BPS members are eligible for FREE registration through the BPS members’ area and it is usually less expensive to join the Society than to pay non-member registration fees.   • BPS will be opening up this year’s meeting to a greater number of attendees than ever before, as we decided to move to a new, larger space within the QEII Conference Centre
  • High quality sessions and expert speakers are already confirmed in the scientific programme, covering the whole spectrum of pharmacology, including clinical pharmacology. Poster and oral presentations are a key component of the meeting, and you are warmly invited to submit your abstract by Monday 16 September 2013
